Gotcare’s Health Ambassadors provide specialized in-home support tailored for complex, high-needs cases. They help bridge critical care gaps by:

- Providing personalized technology training
- Supporting stabilization post-discharge and addressing home safety risks
- Performing wellness check-ins and spotting functional changes before escalation
- Ensuring access to food, medication, and essential supplies
